Aldinga and Willunga, designed by award-winning John Pardey Architects, are inspired by ‘Falling Water’ the iconic 20th Century modernist home by Frank-Lloyd Wright. The part-cantilevered horizontal bands provide terraces for indoor / outdoor living with harbour views. The interior spaces flow with the use of half-levels and the reception rooms and master suite all access outside space via large sliding doors with level thresholds.
Brudenell Avenue is regarded as one of the premier addresses in Poole due to its very close proximity to the water and its elevated and secluded location.
