Andy ran the financial side of a London-based property development firm between 1998 and 2006. The company specialised in residential refurbishments and conversions, including loft-style apartments, in Battersea, Balham, Clapham and Brixton.
Andy has a BA degree in Business Studies and an MSc degree in Property Development.
Andy is a passionate windsurfer and mountain biker, and plays bass in a rock band.
Neal emigrated to Australia in 2001 and set up a property development business based in Adelaide where he forged relationships with local builders, architects, lawyers, planning consultants, estate agents and banks. His enterprise developed properties ranging from three and four bedroom homes to high end luxury apartments on the beach and boutique retail and office space, with a total combined sales value in excess of A$30m.
Neal has a BSc degree in physics and is a qualified assessor for the Code for Sustainable Homes.
Neal is a qualified rugby coach and referee, and plays tennis and the classical guitar.
